7. How to Request Access

Complete PAIA Form C and email it with proof of identity to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days, in line with PAIA.

8. Grounds for Refusal

• Privacy or confidentiality of third parties
• Trade secrets or sensitive commercial data
• Security or IT-infrastructure risks
• Frivolous, malicious, or manifestly unreasonable requests

9. POPIA Compliance

Personal information is processed lawfully, minimally, and securely, with encryption and purpose limitation, in line with POPIA Section 14.
