These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms of use for the websites taxology.co.za and mytaxology.co.za (collectively, “Websites”) and any related products or services (“Services”) provided by TAXology Growth Partners (Pty) Ltd (“TAXology”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using our Websites or Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Accounts & Membership
You are responsible for all activities under any account you create. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or harm TAXology’s reputation. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
Billing & Payments
Fees are charged per our pricing in effect at purchase. Auto-renewal applies where selected. High-risk transactions may require additional verification. We reserve the right to change pricing or refuse orders. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund terms.
Accuracy of Information
We may correct errors or update content without notice. No update date should be taken to mean all information is current.
Third-Party Services
Use of third-party services is governed solely by their terms. TAXology disclaims liability for any loss arising from such services. By enabling them you authorise necessary data disclosure.

External links (including affiliate links) do not constitute endorsement. You access external resources at your own risk.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Websites or Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose, nor to violate intellectual-property, security or anti-spam provisions outlined here. Breach may result in immediate termination.

All TAXology trademarks, logos, and content remain our exclusive property. No licence is granted other than limited use necessary to access the Websites and Services.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
TAXology will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of R100 or the amount paid by you to TAXology in the preceding month.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TAXology against third-party claims arising from your use of the Websites or Services.
Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain in full force.
Dispute Resolution
South African law governs this Agreement. Exclusive venue is the courts of South Africa.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. TAXology may assign its rights as part of a merger or asset sale.
Changes & Amendments
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use signifies acceptance.
